What It’s all About
For sensitive, creative people, it takes a slower pace along with mindfulness to make travel a joyous, enlightening and fun experience. Since I began my quest to travel, I’ve carefully taken notes as well as curated them into do’s and don’ts of traveling for real people.
My Mission
Traveling to different countries is an essential part of growing as a person. Travel takes one outside of cultural norms and can end up being a transformative experience. A good, top notch travel experience can result in a greater capacity for compassion towards our planet our fellow humans, as well as ourselves. I make travel real and accessible, with content that is full of humor, imperfections and bloopers in the hopes of inspiring other real people to travel. Travel serves the greater good. Travel can inspire.
I spent the last twenty years as a Social Worker; working primarily with children and families. I’ve seen a lot, people…..I’ve seen a lot. I’ve had a pretty robust creative life as well: drumming, piano, improv., writing comedy, acting, play writing, poetry. My years as a Social Worker have fed my creative life, culminating into this website built for real people who are sensitive but still want to get out there and live. My travel framework can be applied to people with Long Covid, chronic Illness, chronic Pain, chronic Depression and Anxiety.
Don’t mind my bossiness, but get going! Make your travel unique to you. The world is waiting!
What I can do:
assist you with getting real about what you want out of your travel experiences
provide thoughtful tips and tricks to help you through your journey, especially during these weirdo times.
creating a tour experience that is as unique as you are
help you develop a framework for travel that is accessible no matter who you are or where you are. Sanity is important.
